Spore Release Date Finally Announced
Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) and Maxis today announced that Spore™, the highly anticipated game from the creators of The Sims™, will be available at retailers worldwide the weekend of September 7. Spore will be available for the PC, Macintosh, Nintendo DS™, and mobile phones.

Any details on the requirements? I hope it’s no Crysis. Though I’m not big on sim games, I find the concept of Spore very intriguing.
If your PC can run Crysis (or Assassin’s Creed for that matter) at 1600×1050 with 4xAA then Spore wont be no problem…hmm .. that didnt sound right..
